About Us
Established in 1983, Chan Nowosad Boates had grown into one of the largest CA firms on Vancouver Island. The current Partners of the firm are John Chan, Shelly Boates and Erica Chan-Lafrance. One of the founding members Dave Nowosad retired in 2004. Ray Dagenais and joined our firm in 2006 bringing with him, his exceptional team.
In addition to our three partners, John, Shelly and Erica, we now have five CA's, one ACIA, three registered CA students and 13 technicians and support staff. All three partners have a passion for helping the community, individuals and businesses to succeed, an attitude that shines throughout all areas of the practice.
Our mission is to provide excellent service in a friendly and professional manner that ensures client satisfaction. We are able to accomplish this by providing our clients with a comprehensive range of inter-related services in combination with expert knowledge and advice.
